01 · The opportunity
An Amazon launch, an existing catalogue, or a range sold through retailers?
For a direct launch, we select products and prepare the account and listings. For an existing catalogue, we identify the content and availability issues worth addressing first.
For brands selling through retailers or Amazon Retail, we confirm the supply relationship, content permissions and available data. The project fits the way your business sells.
Product demand informs the shortlist. Stock, margin, delivery and your priorities determine what goes first.
Assess revenue after product, marketplace, fulfilment, returns, advertising and agency costs.
Track retail sales separately from your wholesale orders and contribution. Agree the data before a paid test.

A product name people can understand. Keep the brand, product type and pack count clear. Search research informs the wording; approved product facts determine the claims.
Images that answer buying questions. Show the product, what arrives and the relevant details. Family layouts and variant adaptations are agreed in the quote.
A sample you can inspect. This demonstration uses a product sold through our own account. Your sample follows the same approach, using your specifications and approved photography.
03 · What we take off your desk
New listings or improvements to existing pages: product copy, relevant search terms, gallery layouts, product data and agreed catalogue corrections. Start with a selected range and a fixed scope.
Monitor the agreed catalogue, investigate unavailable or suppressed listings and prepare approved updates. A monthly allowance for cases, content changes and new products is set in the quote, with a catalogue report.
Catalogue Care plus agreed campaigns, performance reporting and eligible A+ or Store updates. Confirm account access, data and a separate advertising cap before the test starts.
Your team retains pricing, stock, fulfilment and financial control. We assess the results against the commercial measures agreed with you.
04 · Clear prices, clear scope
Begin with a fixed launch or content-improvement project. The packages below are starting scopes; your written quote confirms the products, creative work, access and delivery dates. Ongoing support is optional.
Example: a 50-SKU project is £3,900 once. Add ongoing support only if needed. Campaign fees and advertising spend are agreed separately; any tailored proposal states its differences from these standard scopes.

We work with brands and distributors launching on Amazon, improving existing listings or supporting retail relationships. Start with a selected product family; larger catalogues can follow in agreed batches. Smaller ranges receive an individual scope.
A product list or catalogue link is enough to start. For production, we confirm current specifications, original images, claims, pack quantities and the permissions needed. For a commercial test, we also need relevant cost and sales data.
Not for the free sample. For delivery, use an authorised restricted user or receive files for your team. For retail-led channels, we first agree the content route and participating partners. All submissions need your approval.
We quote a batch schedule after checking product families, source data, image adaptations and catalogue issues. Target the first agreed batch within ten working days of approved inputs and access. The full 500-SKU schedule is agreed separately; Amazon processing may add time.
Yes. We review the current content and permissions, then prepare supported updates or catalogue correction requests. Brand Registry can provide additional tools but does not guarantee acceptance. Complex repairs are itemised before work starts.
No. We lead with the brand, product type, relevant distinguishing details and pack size. Search research helps choose natural wording. Claims and intended users follow approved specifications, and titles are checked against applicable category requirements.
Yes. Validation checks support a human review of product facts and content before each batch is submitted. If Amazon rejects a submission, we investigate and address issues within the agreed scope; platform acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
You receive the agreed copy, gallery deliverables, A+ layouts and product-data files on payment. Your account remains yours. Any third-party asset licences are identified in the quote.
Advertising spend, ongoing management, new physical photography, extra creative concepts and complex catalogue or account recovery work are separate unless included explicitly. Prices exclude VAT. Your fixed quote itemises the agreed scope.
No. Start with a defined project. Any ongoing service has a separate scope, fee and notice period agreed in writing. Channel Growth includes Catalogue Care; you do not pay both fees for the same scope.
Our hands-on selling experience is in Seller Central. For Vendor or retailer-led arrangements, we confirm the supply model, contribution route, permissions and reporting before proposing work. A change in selling model is scoped separately.
Amazon UK is our starting focus. Expansion into another market is a separate scope covering local product language, marketplace requirements, fulfilment and the tax and product-compliance responsibilities that your team must confirm.
We shortlist a suitable starting range using demand, existing performance, stock, costs and your priorities. Agree one product for the free sample; a wider portfolio review is scoped separately.
For direct sales, assess revenue after applicable taxes, product costs, marketplace fees, fulfilment, returns, advertising and agency costs. For retail relationships, distinguish consumer sales from your wholesale orders and contribution. Agree data and a baseline before a test; insufficient evidence is reported as inconclusive.
